Will Band-Together put any message on a wristband?

Band-Together.com reserves the right to decline any order as we have a moral and ethical responsibility to the community for the messages that we create. The messages on the wristbands we create do not necessarily reflect the opinion of Band-Together.com or any of its employees. Band-Together assumes that our customers have the rights for usage on all trademarked and copyrighted logos and designs.  We will assume no liability in any action brought about as a result of a trademark or copyright infringement dispute. The purchaser agrees to assume any liability resulting from any action as a result of a trademark or copyright infringement. Customized products are not returnable. We make no warranties as to the suitability of a product for a particular use.

Can I order less than 100 wristbands?

Due to the cost of production, we are unable to accommodate custom molded orders of less than 100.  Lazer Cut wristbands are available in quantities of 10 or more, as well as In Stock items

Can I order more than one color?

Colors can be divided into runs of 50 or more.  For multi-colored wristbands you can choose up to six colors in one band.

Can we mix sizes in one order?

Each mold is custom made to size; therefore we cannot split orders between sizes. 

How much does it cost to silk screen a message or logo on a wristband?

The prices for printing can be found on our pricing page.  Logos and graphics can be added to the bands at no additional cost.

Can Band-Together custom make silicone wristbands in any shapes or sizes?

Art Requirements: 

We accept files compatible with most graphics programs including Photoshop and Illustrator. Graphics and logos must be emailed to us in a high resolution file to ensure quality.

What colors are available for the Lazer Cut Wristbands?

Lazer Cut bands are available in the following colors: Red, Pink, Orange, Yellow, Green, Neon Green, Purple, Blue, Black, White and Glowing White.

What sizes are available in Lazer Cut Wristbands?

Lazer Cut bands are available in Standard Adult and Standard Youth sizes only.

Can a Lazer Cut Wristband be made in a custom Colors?

A Lazer Cut band can be made with a custom color, the additional cost is $15.00 per run.

Can a message be placed on the inside of a Lazer Cut Wristband?

A message can be raised on the inside, the additional cost is $25.00 per run.

How is Band-Together able to offer this product at such a low price?

Band-Together was formed with schools and non-profit organizations in mind.  Therefore, our prices reflect our strong commitment to helping organizations raise money for their causes.

How do the bands come packaged?

All items are individually poly-bagged. A wide variety of presentation products are also available.

How much are the wristbands selling for?

Most organizations that are purchasing less than 5,000 bands are selling them for $4.00 - $5.00.

How long does it take before I receive my bands?

Estimated time of delivery is 3 weeks. Band-Together does not guarantee delivery dates without a rush fee.  A rush fee will be added to all orders requesting an "In Hands Date" of less than 3 weeks. The minimum rush fee is $75.00, an additional $25.00 will be added per 500 bands on orders over 1000.

Can we reorder wristbands?

Yes!  The molds and screens remain the property of the factory, but will be kept on file for a period of four years.

Change or Cancellation:

Any change or cancellation will be subject to charges based on any costs incurred at the time of the request.

Terms:

We require 50% down and 50% prior to delivery.  Please make all checks payable to Band-Together.com.  Government PO's accepted.  We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS.  In the event of default, customer agrees to pay interest, attorney and/or collection agency fees.

Return Policy:

No items may be returned without written authorization.
